Quarterly in-person healing retreats - 3 hour in person experience days to dive deep into self discovery, healing our nervous systems and discovering a renewed sence of purpose. These retreates are held in a meeting space at the Broomfield Library.
Monthly virtual women’s circle — 1 hour Virtual Women’s Circle helps you reconnect with a sense of inner calm, clarity, and self-trust so you can move through life from a grounded, supported place instead of constant survival mode. This meeting helps further integrate the work we do at the in person healing retreat and follows the same theme of the month.

Monthly virtual women’s creative hour — 1 hour Virtual Women’s Creative Hour provides guided exercises and prompts to help you stretch your creative comfort zone, embrace new ideas, and unleash your imagination. We encourage using our imaginations as a priority instead of an after thought.

Business Alignment Coaching (1 hour/month, virtual)
A supportive space to explore your business, work, or next chapter through an aligned, intuitive lens.
